Introduction to the spray shape of the disinfecting nozzles
Due to the functional requirements of different disinfection equipment, the spray shapes of disinfection nozzles are also different, which can be roughly divided into fan shape, full cone, hollow cone, etc.
The image on the left shows the side view of the spray, and the image on the right shows the shape of the spray from the top.
The fan nozzle is sprayed on a flat surface

1. According to the needs of various industries for disinfection nozzles, MISTEC SPRAING provides the introduction of several common disinfection nozzles in the current market:
· Fan-shaped disinfection nozzle spray, showing a fan-shaped shape when viewed from the side.
· Full cone spray, or umbrella shape, cone, filling cone
· Hollow cone, or hollow cone, ring, doughnut shape, empty cone
· Spiral disinfection nozzle spray, or mosquito coil, spiral or mosquito coil, spiral, concentric circle, semi-solid spray, such nozzle is often classified as solid cone or hollow cone due to different layers
2. Flow distribution graphs of different shapes are different from their densities at various positions, and Angle and pressure will also have an impact on them. The flow distribution status is shown in the graph below. The graph on the right corresponds to the graph on the left:
· Fan-shaped spray: there can be three distributions according to different designs.
- Yamagata: as shown below, the flow density on both sides of the jet is low in the left figure, while the flow density gradually decreases from the middle to both ends in the right figure.
- Platform shape, plateau shape: true heart conical
- valley shape, doughnut shape: approximately hollow, the center is more than the hollow flow
· Solid conical spray: there can be three distributions according to different designs.
- Yamagata: like a fan
- Platform and plateau: as shown in the figure below, the flow density on the left is concentrated in the circumference, while the flow density on the right gradually increases from the middle to the outer sides
- valley shape, doughnut shape: approximately hollow, the center is more than the hollow flow

· Hollow and conical spray: the flow in the left figure is concentrated around the circle, and the flow in the hollow and circular part corresponds to the central part of the right figure without any flow.
· Spiral spray: the flow in the figure on the left spreads multiple concentric circles, which covers a larger area than the solid cone. The flow in the figure on the right is more uniform.
3. Spray shape is related to nozzle shape and nozzle structure at the same time. The following is a general comparison of various nozzles:
· Fan-shaped spray: the nozzle is relatively flat.
· Full cone spray: the nozzle is round, and there are X-shaped central blades and porous central blades inside, which can make the flow distribution and spray particles more uniform and consistent.
· Hollow conical spray: nozzle and water inlet present 90 turn.
